-All apparel & merchandise is processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on volume of orders, please allow 1-2 business days for items to be shipped.

-A tracking number will be sent out to you after your order has been fulfilled.

We accept payments by Credit & Debit Card(Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay and Apple pay.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

Please allow up 1-3 business days for order processing and verification.

-All Paintings are processed within 1-5 business days. Once your order is processed we will Order a Artwork Shipper Box that suits the size of your Painting. Once the Artwork Box arrives we will weigh the wrapped Artwork, then proceed to ship the box & provide the tracking number. Depending on volume & how long it takes to acquire the Artwork Shipper Box. It will take 1-2 weeks upon receiving tracking notifications.

-All Paintings receive a signed certificate of authenticity by the Artist. The certificate will provide proof of ownership, the Artist, the medium used, as well as the date created.

​

-All paintings have a signature & date signed either on the front or back of painting depending on the Artwork selected.
